Laidlaw has a long and proven track record of specification of architectural ironmongery. We offer a full consultation process with architects, clients, interior designers and end users regarding fully detailed requirements of their needs to make their buildings secure, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.

We have an experienced and dedicated team of external key account managers servicing the whole of the UK and also our overseas markets. They are backed by our team of schedulers. These include Registered Architectural Ironmongers, who have achieved the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers GAI Diploma and annually complete the GAI’s CPD program. This keeps them up to date with changes and amendments to both product designs and legislative and standard developments. All of our products carry the relevant Declaration of Performance certification.

We use a fully computerised scheduling system and are able to offer schedules in a number of formats. This offers our clients door by door schedules, and itemised sets, all of which can be fully priced. These are fully copyrighted.
