BS EN Standards are the benchmark for product performance in several major product areas within architectural ironmongery. Each standard prescribes a set of test procedures, product requirements and performance characteristics. The test data and product evaluation produce a multi digit classification code which runs in parallel across each product area (or as close as practically possible).
